Taxes are Due: February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1.
In order to keep our tax rate as low as possible all taxes must be paid by the end of the year. Any taxes that are not paid are considered uncollectible. This increases our tax rate to offset the loss. Please make every effort to bring your taxes up to date.
